By default the confirmations start with 'WEB' followed by a number. If you would like to change that to better reflect your property's name, it is very simple to do.

Once in your admin area, go to Settings in the top right corner of the page. About half way down the page you will see a setting called 'Approval Prefix'. Type your desired prefix there. It can be any combination of letters or numbers. Please no special characters like $%#@!*&. Make sure you hit submit. The change is effective immediately.
