You can define the functionality for each department in your admin area.
- Log into your admin area.
- Under the Hotel Tab, go to the Utility menu item. In the drop down you will see Departments. Click on Departments.
- You will see the four departments for the PMS System. Click on details.
- Simply click on any item you wish to allow everyone in the department to have access to.
- Click Submit
If you are the Admin of the website, you have complete access.
